- Customize the display of contacts: Choose by yourself the information that will appear for each contact. Along with name and surname, it facilitates you to add up to two text fields (company, occupation, phone number, email address ...) and up to three buttons for enabling usual operation (telephone button, SMS button, email button).

- Create as many groups and levels of sub-groups that you want: It allows you to create as many groups and sub-groups which will help you to keep the directory organised and structured. Adding contacts to these groups / subgroups either individually or massively is just a matter of simple clicks, while creating / deleting groups / subgroups becomes a real breeze.

- Sort out all the contacts from your directory by properties: With the "Sorting" view of Procontact, now sort your contacts by the properties entered through the contact form. You can view the contacts arranged in a specific order as desired by you. Choose one, two or three properties to sort out your contacts and you will see immediately your contacts displayed by those properties (e.g.: company / service / profession or just society / city ...). By choosing the number of properties and the properties themselves, tailor the application perfectly to your needs.

- Make specific requests of contacts. In addition to the permanent display of your contacts by properties, the "Sorting" view will also enable you to find some contacts with common characteristics. You are wondering which are the suppliers, in your directory, who are located in London and were born in May? Nothing is difficult, sort your contacts by profession / city / month of birth and you will have your answer!

- Send out group SMS and emails : Whatever the view, "Group" or "Sorting", for each group / subgroup a SMS button and an Email button are associated to send an SMS or email to all contacts in the group / sub group. You can also easily create groups / sub groups only for the purpose of creating mailing lists.
